Fast, safe and convenient delivery in Ijevan using the payment option of your choice.

Delivery procedure

Delivery within the city of Ijevan is carried out within 1 hour after confirmation of the order, depending on the order and the address specified by the customer.

  • Delivery, packaging and other costs are borne by the customer.
  • Delivery is carried out 08:00–23:30 every day. The delivery cost within Ijevan is 500 AMD.
  • When the courier delivers your order to the specified address and you do not answer the phone or open the door, the courier may wait a maximum of 15 minutes and cancel the order.
If you have not picked up your order and paid by non-cash means, the amount will be refunded to your card, but the delivery amount will not be included.

Payment procedure

You can pay using the following methods:

  • Cash payment on site
  • Card payment on site (via POS terminal)
  • Online payment (via ARCA payment systems)

We accept ARCA, Visa, MasterCard, American Express card holders.

Once you have selected the products and added them to your cart, you need to initiate the checkout process and choose one of the available payment options on the website.

In case of online payment, you are redirected to an external site to complete the online payment. Your order is considered accepted from the moment the online payment is successful and the operator confirms the order. In case of cash payment, the order is considered accepted as soon as the purchase is completed.

Payment terms are controlled by the banks and payment institutions we cooperate with. By choosing a payment option, you confirm that you are aware of and agree with the rules of the banks or payment institutions and that you commit to follow them unconditionally.

By choosing online payment, you must pay the entire amount specified in the order, which is calculated at the moment of placing the order. In case of partial payment, your order will be considered invalid and will not be processed in the system. In this case, the order will be cancelled and no money will be charged.

By choosing cash or card payment on site, you must pay the entire amount specified in the order. In case of partial payment, your order will be considered invalid and you will not receive the order. In this case you are obliged to pay the delivery amount as set at the time of placing the order.

The prices of products presented on the website are final and include all taxes.

Return procedure

The quality of the product must be checked at the moment of delivery, in the presence of the courier.

  • If the product is defective or of poor quality, IjevanMarket.am undertakes to return it.
  • No returns are accepted for tobacco products.

Therefore, please carefully inspect the order in the presence of the courier and, in case of any issues, return it on the spot. In case of a defective product or other quality problem, Ijevan Market undertakes to refund the amount of the given product in cash.

If a problem with the expiration date is discovered at the time of delivery, or within 2 hours after, Ayvazyan Shushan SP undertakes to pay the amount of the given product in cash. The above payment is made upon submission of appropriate evidence — if you present a sales or cash receipt and the expiration date mark on the product we delivered.

In case of a product return, the refunded amount is paid in cash within 24 hours after notification of the issue.

A non-food product of proper quality is returned if the product has not been used, its presentation, consumer properties, seals, product labels are preserved, as well as the consumer's document confirming the fact of payment or any other settlement document, and there is evidence of acquiring the product from that very seller. The consumer has the right to return a non-food product of proper quality within 14 days from the day it was delivered. The costs associated with returning a proper-quality non-food product to the seller's location are borne by the buyer. The refundable amount is, as a rule, returned in cash.
